Slight Problem need Help

Ok so I have a Droid 1 and used "Soup or Root" to root it. I downloaded ROM manager and Titanium and backed up my apps using Titanium and Backed up my phone with nandroid...Now I want to install a new ROM but when i try to reboot into recovery it brings me to an image of a "!" sign with a phone...I guarantee I am missing something can I please get some advice, I am sure its something simple I didn't download

Your device is Rooted but you don't have a custom recovery, go into ROM Manager and select "Flash Clockwork Mod Recovery" and then try again

Haha I had that on it said so i reflashed it and now it worked thanks so much
