silence notifications

Does anyone know if there is an app available that would allow me to silence everything but phone calls during certain times? I need to keep my phone with me at all times because of some family issues but when I'm sleeping or at work text and emails are driving me nuts. Normally I would leave it on vibrate during these times but that's not really an option now

Silence notifications between 0:00am/pm and 0:00am/pm on each day of the week.

Smart Actions can be set to allow certain calls to ring through instead....so you could silence the phone and allow Smart Actions to only let calls from certain numbers ring.

Well I don't have smart actions built into the rom I'm running but it looks like this app should do what I need. Thanks a lot I appreciate the quick response
