Signature Pictures FAIL

sorry to waste a thread on this but I'll tag it properly so It can be useful for others in the future. When I try to upload and pic
even one i have used successfully
in the past

I get (unable to save) as an error. I signed out and back in to DF not change
So if anyone has ever had this problem I would love
some help.

Hmm, I just created one...

And it's there.... larger than intended, but there.

Nothing works I cleared cookies did everything switched from firefox to IE and tried opera same error every time.
