How do you get pictures of screen shots in your signature?

I tried uploading a jpg...it was 47.8 kb in size so meets the criteria listed, but when I upload it says it failed to save.

I attempted to use IMG code in the signature field and it says it saved, but it doesn't show up in my posts.

Oh...never mind. I guess it just shows on new posts after I save the sig. Now off to get a better size image.
