sideways photos and video when emailing or uploading to facebook?

Hey everyone I am sure this is something that I am just overlooking but when I take pics or video and then email them or upload to facebook they are sideways? I tried saving them to pc and rotating them but when I email or upload they always are rotated back again. Anyone have this issue? Motorola Droid by the way.

Happens when you take photos vertical instead of horizontally. Atleast on my phone anyways. You can always fix on fb by going to the full site and rotating the pic.
