Sideloading Adobe flash won't work

I have side loaded and installed several different versions of the flash player available from the archived Adobe flash for android links on Adobe's website and the phone will still not play the desktop YouTube version or any other flash websites I would watch with gingerbread. Running stock JB and not yet rooted. Problem persists with original, dolphin and boat browsers.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Have you enabled it in the browser settings? Go to the browser's settings then 'Advanced' then 'Enable Flash and plug-ins'.

On dolphin it brings up a popup saying that 4.1 doesn't support flash and it crashes it. There's no way to enable it under Web content, whatever the user agent...

It also won't work on the pre-installed internet browser even after I enabled plugins.

Go on the xda forums and they have an apk on there for any jelly bean operated phones. It works great with the stock browser on my DNA
