Should I Unroot??

Pretty sure that rooting/ROMing only violates terms of use for warranty purposes. It's nothing illegal. In fact it used to be promoted by Google as part of the more open than iOS platform when Android was pushing for recognition. I'm under the impression VZW will not do anything to your (or my) OG Droid.

You shouldn't even have to bring your phone in unless your doing the trade in thing...Your availability for upgrade also means your og droid is yours and paid for...

My D2 is miles ahead of me running Cm7GB(OTAkernel)

Even if they did look at your phone there is no worry. Rooting is not illegal. It is only bad for issues like warranty purposes. At most I would remove any tether apps, as they may not like those. Not sure what they would do or say.

Dont even know why they'd need to look at your old phone TBH.
If they say they'll move your contacts for you just say that they're all on google and will sync when you activate.
If they want to move your media just say you can swap the SD cards.

*shrugs*

In other words.. Don touch mah phone, sucka!! ;)
