SetCPU?

I have the Comavolt kernel as seen in my signature, nd I dont know if setcpu works for it or not, but I have heard mixed results about SetCPU, is it good, bad, etc?? Worth downloading or just leave it alone?

Setcpu is great IMHO. Also coma volt doesn't come OCed unless I did the wrong one earlier..
