setcpu profiles

Ok, just trying to figure out how to do these profiles on setcpu. I have been running Bugless Beast 6.2.1 with Chevy1 1.1 LV kernel on my D1 and this thing flies. Love it! What would be profiles I could set up? Sorry if this is a stupid question but i'm really new to all this rooted stuff.
