setcpu don't work

So just started to try this rom from bb 0.4 and am frustrated because setcpu says it can not get root acces which is botherign me because i want to set profiles for over/under clocking to save battery

This is what I did, download the latest version of superuser. open it to give SetCPU permission.

i uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now it works great!
