Sending Video Messages with Stock Messaging App or Handcent

Does anyone know what the stipulations for this are? I tried sending a short video message to my kids the other day to tell them goodnight ( I had to work) and it wouldn't let me send it.

Has anyone had any luck with this and could send some help my way?

It was only 7-8 seconds max, hmm..

Check the video quality. There should be a setting for mms recording. It is a lower quality video which means it is a smaller size to send. Its still a decent quality video though.
