send media (movies, music, pics, etc) over wifi?

is that possible? I did a quick search and didnt come up w/ anything. being able to sync/send files via wifi would be awesome.

Estrong File Explorer.... search in Market. There are several other apps to do this... search under "file explorer" in the Market.

I'm not sure about 'syncing'...but EStrongs def delivers on 'sending' files over wifi.
