Selling Stuff

What is our policy on offering stuff either for free or to sell on the forum?
I think this would be a great idea for us to start with maybe a dedicated forum, but of course, I totally understand the million reasons you wouldn't want to dedicate a forum to that.
I assume I can GIVE stuff away, like the old dock from my HD.
Am I just missing somewhere that has this info spelled out already?

We have a classified section on our sister forum Android.net.
Its not all that popular, which is why we don't have them on all our forums.
