SD Card User Error ... sigh.

so I, (while learning my phone) unmounted the sd card and reformatted it... now as you can imagine all of my directories are gone... am I fuxzored?

How can I get my phone to recognize the new folders(paths) I am inevitably going to have to set back up?

any words of wisdom would be much appreciated.
