So my Droid X randomly unmounted the SD, and that corrupted it. Now it says blank or unsupported filesystem. My only option is to format, which I REALLY don't want to do. I have 2 years worth of pictures on my SD. I have tried rebooting, battery pull, remove and insert sd, put sd in other phones, and mounting to Pc. Nothing works. I'm also wondering, if I format the SD is there any kind of software to recovery the deleted files?

Can't believe this happened.

Try this
Remove the SD card and insert into your computer. Copy the contents of the card to your computer, reformat, and copy the contents back.

Others have used this to repair the SD card and save the content.

Let us know if it works for you.

Are you abel to mount via the phone? If so, does your computer recognize that?

There is an sd recovery program you can try online. The name of it eludes me. Let me try to find it....

Ok Droid-Xer, I'll try that. I don't think it will work because the PC won't recognize the card though.. but I'll still try. And mwhartman if I try to mount with the Droid X nothing will happen and with the OG Droid it will keep trying to mount and never stop.
