screen wont rotate 360

My girlfriend and I both have the incredible. when she is using nav or internet she can turn her phone any direction and screen rotates as phone does. But on mine it will only rotate one way. The menu button to the left or phone straight up and down. If I have them to the right screen is upside down. Any idea how to fix? Thanks

If you look in "settings" then display you will see an option for auto rotate screen. Make sure that option is checked. The screen is only designed to rotate 270 and will not straighten out if turned upside down. If the auto rotate option is checked you might try going down to g calibrate on the display menu and recalibrating.

Thanks, tried that same problem. It will rotate side ways with the power port facing down. But won't flip screen if power port is facing up. It changes both ways on her phone. Guess ill have to go to Verizon store
