Screen density & dialer screen

I have set my screen density to 190 and now my dialer screen is a small rectangle in the center of the screen.

Is there a way to make it larger?

Yes, sett he screen density back to the stock spec...

No.

Some apps don't like it. Titanium backup, FLV players, etc.
