Screen brightens, then dims when scrolling panels

Before I run around trying to find other DROID RAZRs to compare mine against, I have a couple of display issues that maybe yu can help me with:

1. I've had this for 3 days now and have noticed that when I scroll panels left or right, the screen brightens and then dims to normal level. The icons brighten as well, to the point where they become washed out. This lasts for only a second or so, but it's kind of annoying.

2. Also, when I select an icon, there is an bluish aura around it before it launches. Is this normal?

Any ideas? Should I return it for a replacement?

It is just an effect in MAP. if you look closely on bigger widgets you can see the brightness rotate around the widget as it switches screens. just an effect not a problem.

That's an effect of the new blur launcher, if you try another launcher you may not see it. I haven't tried any other launchers cuz I like the stock one atm.

I do see it when inside programs when using a different launcher. I too think it is just a nature of the screen. I can scroll up and down in Tapatalk and see it.

Its just an added effect..not a problem..
