SBF file for the Droid 4

I have no choice but to do a factory reset on my phone but need the files to do it have rsd lite on my computer if someone can direct me were to get it and how to.do it i.would greatly appreciate it

what do i do if it keeps failing the process it will get to the 6th one and fail

Make sure you have the latest motorola usb driver software, make sure you have the right sbf file and the download was clean. I don't know if you need to have adb set up or not
