If I went into Verizon and asked them to do the sbf for me do you think they would do it?
I was rooted before; not anymore; and I'm just experiencing all kinds of issues from it.
I don't want to do the sbf myself because
1) my parents will probably kill me
2)I dont know how to
3) I dont want to play around with things I dont know how to do
If I just asked politely, how do you think they would respond?

Well I could say I was just trying to make space on my sd card and I was deleting stuff and I think I deleted some important stuff by accident.
They might buy it cause i'm 15

If you have no apps on the phone that require root and there is no indication that it was rooted I see no reason not to ask. I wouldn't refer to it as an sbf though. Just ask them to reset it because you are having issues. If you can recreate the issues they will probably be more likely to do it.

Why did you unroot your phone if you?

but then wouldnt they just do a factory reset?
Or I could tell them I did that and it didnt help.
I'm having issues with my notification Led too so maybe that can get me the "reset"
It wont light up at all as of yesterday

Is your phone less than a year old?

If so, call the warranty center and tell them something software related doesn't work, it has to be vital, such as 3g, having no service in a full service verizon area, stuck on the boot screen etc, research it, make something up, whatever. Point is you get a new to you device with stock software and as long as you send the old device back within ten days I've never heard of people getting hit with a fee for being rooted, rommed, bricked or what have you.

They even gave me a 10% discount on my service for 6 months for my trouble.

Its still under warranty, but I dont want a replacement. I went through 7 very horrible refurbs and finally got a brand new one. I dont want to switch this one out unless absolutely necessary.
I just want to sbf
