Question about drivers and rsd lite 4.9

OK so I want to flash my first rom but want to make sure I play it safe and know how to sbf just in case. I have rsd 4.9 and I have a link to the sbf file 2.3.2 but I read somewhere that I need to have some drivers or something? Are those already on my phone or is there a place to download them?
