Says Wifi is enabled when it isn't??

I've been having issues with my TB saying that my wifi is on when it's not, help! I can't use my flash on the camera because it claims that it's on, any help would be greatly appreciated!

A hard reset might take care of that.

How would I go about doing that, and wouldn't it wipe everything from my phone? I've had Verizon do that a couple of times with this phone and I've also had it replaced due to the restarting issue, ugh. I hate having to download all my apps and settings again!

You go into settings, sd and phone storage, then hard reset.

Yes it will wipe everything but thats the only way I know to fix it.

These phones need a soft reset feature like that on the iphones, ipods
