Market apps not downloading

Every time i try to download any app, regardless of file size, i receive an error message saying that the file must be downoaded over a wifi connection. I just flashed back to my stock bionic rom (coming from liberty rc1) and thats when i started having the issue. Ive tried rebooting, and am not sure what to do next. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try clearing the cache of the market app, and the data?

Does it download when wifi is on?
