Says my SD card is full

All the sudden it says my SD card has 0.00b left. And i looked at the manage applications and it showed i only have two things on my s card. Can someone please help?

Can you mount to your pc? If so does it show correctly there?

I can mount but I'm on a mac. I don't know how to find the sd card storage, or is all the stuff on the sd?

When you mount all that comes up is what's on your sdcard

If that doesn't completely fix it. Back it all up to your mac, then format the sdcard. Then you can put it all back.
