Saving pictures to sd card

In my camera settings I am set up to save the pictures to the sd card. Any reason why they woudn't be saved to the sd card. When I pull the sd card out and look at it on the lap top they are not there. When I look on the phone, there they are.

They probably are there, did you check in the DCIM folder?

Using Astro file manager I looked in the dcim and found 15 photos and 4 videos under 100 media. The phone shows I have 70 photos. Camera directory is empty. The ".thumbnails" directory says "file type raw not found" when I click on a file.
I have to go out with the Mother-in-law so I'll look for any suggestion in a couple of hours. Thanks in advance. Maybe I'll be able to sneak in a few looks on my phone at dinner.

Did you take the other 55 photos or did you save them? If you saved them check the download folder
