Satellite View For Navigation

I use the navigation a lot on this phone and it works great! I do have 1 question though. I love the satellite view so I have to select that layer every time I use the navigation.

Is there a way to set the nav so that the satellite layer is on by default? If so I wouldn't have to go in and enable that layer every freaking time.

The new Google Map update 3.3.0 has an option to have a layer button on the screen(plus other cool new features), if yours isn't holding settings at least this will make it easier to add the layers quickly.

It gives you the layer button on google maps but not on the navigation screen...seems to be two different things.
