Same OS but my Droid 2 looks different from my Droid 1

I have a Droid one for personal use and my company issued me a Droid 2. Both are using the same OS version but the screens look very different. Why is this?

Motorola decided to put their crappy skin (MotoBlur) on top of the stock android. The droid 1 has stock android, while the droid 2 has MotoBlur on it.
