Safe mode

I have an old S5 that my 5 year old plays with and in the bottom corner it now says safe mode.
All of the games have lost their icons and are unplayable.
There is a kid safe app but even it is in able to access.
Any help would be great.

You can long press your power button and click restart. If it doesn't start normally, turn off your device, remove the battery for a few minutes then replace and turn on. It should boot up normally.

Have you tried setting up Kids Mode on the S5? That will prevent any issues like this from happening in the future. ...just a thought. [emoji2]
