Hi, im new and i just thought i'd share this with those who don't know how to start their droid2 in safe mode.
To start your phone in safe mode you slide your phone open and hold the 'ok' button. while holding it, power on the phone. keep holding it and it should say safe mode in the bottom lefthand corner.
safemode starts up the phone with all the default settings. its used for those ocassions where you download a bad app or whatever and your phone gets a black screen or freezes up. when it turns on you can delete the bad app. to get out of safemode just turn the phone off and turn it back on and you'll have your phone the way you had it before it froze up.
