S4 and sync wont read text

I have a 2010 f150. When I try to connect the phone it works fine, but the texting says that it is not supported. Does anyone have a 2010 with Sync that has working texting through the vehicle?

May have to check Ford's website for compatibility with phones. For some reason only certain models are supported by car manufacturer software.

I have a 2010 Raptor with sync. I bought my S4 the day they were released on vzw, when I first paired the phone w/Sync it read texts for about 3 days then I started getting "device does not support"message. I honestly have no idea what changed but I now have the same issue
