S3 stuck in Safe Mode even rebooting wont help..pls help thnx

Hi guys my s3 was stuck in safe mode, i have tried several procedures like rebooting,removing the battery for several times but still it doesnt figure it out,

can someone help me in fixing this out,im seeking for your advices and it would be highly appreciated.. Thnk you guys

and one more thng my volume down button is not working,i dont know if ths also affects my phone to be always rebo0ted on safe m0de.. Cn u please answer my inqueries? Thnk u very much
