Run GNex interface via computer

I am pretty sure it doesn't exist yet, but how cool would it be if you could connect the GNex or any other phone to a computer via the usb and run the phone off that. Much like if you had a HDMI or MHL adapter, but this would be able to use your desktop/mouse/screen all through just connecting the phone via USB. I am sure it would require some kind of OS software.

Does it exist? Can somebody make it? Thanks!

There is a great program called Airdroid. Allows you to control your Droid over wireless. Not sure if that's what you are after.

I think he's talking about an emulator of sorts. Being able to basically mirror your phone's interface on your computer and be able to use it just like a phone for apps or whatever. There are programs that exists but they suck. Most have terribly slow frame rates which render them useless. I've been looking for something like this as well. I think the recently announced ubuntu interface is going to be our best bet.

That's exactly what I was looking for. Airdroid is ehhh, ok but not ideal

The sdk provides an emulator for eclipse and allows for mock system calls ie phone call, test locations and other events
