Rosie launcher auto rotate [Landscape homescreen]

Alright guys! Thought I'd post about something worth giving out.

A landscape Rosie. Don't know what that is?

Check it out.

Credits go to bgill55 at xda for figuring this out.



I will include the download for the stock Rosie.apk at the bottom. Just rename it to update.zip and apply /sdcard/update.zip through Clockwork Recovery.

If you would like to manually edit your Rosie.apk this is what you have to do

Decompile Rosie.apk
Open the AndroidManifest.xml with a text editor
Find:

android:screenOrientation="nosensor"

Change it to:

android:screenOrientation="sensor"

Recompile

Pretty hard I know...

MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE FLASHING

NOTE: If you have a themed Rosie and you use the downloaded one, you will lose the theme.

Make sure you have Auto screen rotation on in the Display settings

I assume no responsibility for what this does to your Launcher.

Big: Figured since you like the test stuff I hint at I thought I'd let you in on this

Hope everyone likes it! Not everything works in landscape (People for example) but it's a lot better than not having it.

I just tried flashing this and i got cant install Rosielandscape.zip(bad) did I do something wrong?!
Edit: nvm, bolt didnt dl the link right. lol.

I will update this thread with the modified Rosie from Das BAMF 1.4 which should be released very soon. No issues on 1.4 testing from me so far. ;]

I did not test this before posting. It's just a simple modification so I didn't see the need. Let me know if it doesn't work.

I must be blind I am not seeing that in the xml file is it only in v1.4 or is it in any version rose.apk?
