Rooting Motorola Droid 2.2.2 w/o USB Cable?

The title says it all. I don't have a USB cable (I use an A/C charger). Is there a method to root the phone without the USB data cable?

Yeah. Just install it, make sure usb debugging is on, and run it.

Looks like it worked. Superuser is installed and I have read/write access to /system directory so I guess It's rooted :icon_ banana:


Now, I need to get a custom ROM to get rid of the Verizon stuff.
