Rooted, unrooted, lost blue tooth

Pretty much the subject. I rooted yesterday, then fired up theory. Encountered soft brick. Decided to run the recovery flash file, un root and go back to stock. When doing so, everything worked out fine with the exception of blue tooth. Blue tooth will connect to my t909 but not to my jabra headphones. They worked before root and recovery. Any input would be great!
