Rooted... Install Rom... NO RECOVERY???

I have a similar issue to rmaddx?? (some numbers)... except... no matter what i do i can't get into the factory recovery mode, or clockwork... however i can get into the bootloader... and suggestions???

Someone mentioned SBF? i searched, but got nothing... i don't want to google it... too tired!
