I am still new with all this Android stuff. Can anyone tell me or direct me on how to install Root on my Android phone? I hope I got that right! Thank you for your time and support! :unsure:

First you have to have a reason. My friend got a dx and rooted it with z4 and now I hate him.

I do not know what phone you have and that can make a difference on the rooting process. However, here are a few links that will help:

Rooting can be dangerous; and it voids the warranty on your $400-$650 replacement cost device.

That is correct. The "official" term is "bricked" (like a paper weight). Thankfully, I do not believe that we have lost one yet.

It is not a difficult process but you must be careful.
