Root Issue Please Help

I am trying to root my Razr running version 2.3.6 with the system version 6.12.181.xt912 and it keeps failing. I have set the usb mode to charge only and turned on USB debugging. Please help I pasted the log below.

Try using the RazrUtility. The download link is in the sticky above or in the thread just above. Download the utility and extract it to its own folder on your c:\\. Run the option that roots .181. See if you have better luck with the utility.
