Looking to simple method to root my RAZR Maxx HD (9.16.9 XT926)(Jelly Been 4.1.2)

I have searched the forum, but did not find a root method for my version.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am looking for a root method also for my Razr Maxx HD 9.30.1 XT926 4.1.2 build 9.8.1q-94-1

9.16 can be rooted. 9.30 cannot.
