My D1 has been retired (digitizer went screwy) and will soon be sent to Hades via some vehicle. Earth: toss it with a water balloon launcher Water: Skip it across the pool or river Fire: put it on the BBQ or camp fire Wind: No ideas yet. But... It did get some extended life thanks to steel droids D1 Rom. I was thoroughly torn between the $149 price of the GNex, D4 and Maxx. Also still pissed at Motorola over locked boot loaders, so I ordered a Gnex, partly because of this Rom. I guess I should get used to the phone stock for a week before flashing anything, but I'm a slight flashaholic (or I was when D1 development was heavy). Cant wait to get it in my hands tomorrow and see what all the ICS fuss is all about. Hope I don't have signal issues or that a super sick phone drops in 31 days. I'll report back after I get the phone set up and rocking.
Im going to see if I cant get v3.80 uploaded this morning (12:15am right now). Didnt see build 37 land yet from AOKP, so this will be built from build 36.
Damn. Figures! LOL AOKP just posted up their official build 37 just after I posted my ROM based on build 36. ughhhhh. lol Basically, my v3.80 already has everything that build 37 has, as they were only a few hours apart. Looks like the next build will be based off of build 39 (or milestone 6, whichever it is)
I still dont see a build 37 changelog from AOKP. Curious what all they did to it besides stuff pertinent to the GNex. Im up and running in Linux Mint 13 now. Just need to fully update it, install and update the Android SDK, and download my source again. Should be fun. lol
I updated the OP with ALL the current changes. The build 37 changelog from AOKP was just posted, and those changes are actually in my ROM, the AOKP changelog just wasnt posted as fast as the actual release of build 37. Its been updated. Sorry about that.
