I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this question but I just want to make sure before I make the switch.
I just got done rooting my phone, I made a backup using CWM and it is now on my SD Card and stored on my computer. This backup is very stock, its simply of my phone rooted and nothing else done to it.
If I flash a ROM onto my SF and then the DJ05 update or Froyo update is relesed..for conversation purposes lets just say in 2 weeks.. will I then be able to flash the backup that I made of my rooted stock phone and then unroot and then receive the OTA update (DJ05/Froyo.. or whatever it may be...)?
