Ringtone Override?

I have upgraded to an HTC Thunderbolt from a BlackBerry Storm2. On my blackberry, I was able to set the phone so that it was silent for all phone calls, but set my wife's ringtone to override that and ring through no matter what. That way, if I'm in a meeting, she knows it, and if she calls, it's an emergency and I can pick it up, and no other calls get through. Is there a way to do this on Android? My wife would like this as well (she has an LG Revolution).

I use whoisit from the market. You can tell it who can ring or text through.
