Ringtone Help

How do I set a ringtone to an individual contact on my Droid Incredible? I have tried various ways, and it says that the particular ringtone has been set to a contact, but when the person actually calls it only plays my default rintone. Any solution??

:welcome: to the forum! I've always had the same problem and it's annoying!! I finally got everything right with the app Ringo from the market.

Not sure what to do once I download it...

Just open it up and select the contacts tab>>select a contact>> then the ringtone or sms tone you want to use

Ugh no, when you download ringtones from a app, whether it's Ringo or Mabilo Ringtones (what I recommend) you can simply go to that contact in people and scroll down to options and you will see Ringtone and you can change it from there.
