Ringer not working

Hello all,
I have a Serious issue. Not sure if it's a App issue or Phone issue.
If I go to the "Settings" Menu and press Silent Mode it goes to Vibrate instead of Silent. But what's worse is when I try to uncheck it and go back to Ringer it stays on Silent. I had to do a Factory Re-boot to fix the issue, but that is getting old. Is there any apps that will fix this problem. I need my phone to Ring.

Welcome! Sorry you are having issues with your ringer. I have a Droid. When I want to silence or just vibrate my phone I press the volume rocker and it will vibrate. In fact, if I continue the press the vibrate is constant.

What phone and OS do you have?
