Ring Volume

I cannot get loud ringer volume on my new S5. I've got everything max and the nosiest tone possible yet I can barely hear it. Anyone else?

Yep, Samsung phones are notorious for the low volume on their ringtones.

Try a 3rd party ring tone, many of them are louder than the stock tones. When I get a new Sammy, first thing I do is install Zedge and pick a nice loud ring tone that actually sounds like a phone. The one I like is just called "Office Phone".

Agreed.

I have a lot of custom ringtones that I've created myself. I have to set the ring volume at 50% or below with them due to how loud they are on the S5.
