I know this was an issue about year ago when I first got my phone, but I would've thought it was fixed by now. Turns out it's still a problem and maybe worse now. SA with Ringer & notification set to silent and VIPs listed. Receive a VIP call and rings as desired. However, after receiving the VIP call, all calls and notifications for email, text, etc are now turned on. You have to turn off and back on the SA in order to reset the Ringer & notification back to silent. It doesn't seem it should require that step. Why does the SA change just because a VIP called?
