Right Click not working on several computers now

I have Chrome 7.0.517.41 on 3 different XP Pro machines and I installed "Right Click Opens Link in New Foreground Tab" on all 3 machines.

What is happening is after a few right clicks, it will no longer auto open a tab. Then I can Control Click to get a new tab (which I shouldnt with this extension) and after a few Control Clicks, that will no longer work either. This is happening on all 3 machines, so I dont believe is anything but Browser related.

This happens in normal and incognito. Its like you only have a few 'usages' on Right click before it stops working. Then a few with Control, and then you must close out Chrome and re-open.

Anyone have any ideas on this issue?
