I subscribe to Rhapsody to Go. The Rhapsody App is in the Marketplace, currently a beta, but it works. It seems like I have to be on 3G to connect to Rhapsody. Once connected, you can use your PC to drag tracks and playlists to your Droid X. You have to authorize the device that is sending and receiving on your PC. When you connect your Droid X to your PC it shows up. If you have authorized your PC and your X, you can then drag tracks and playlists onto the Droid X symbol and they transfer. You can then play the tracks when you have no connection, using the stock music player, or another app.

Don't bother just get this, 8000 radio stations at your fingertips, shoutcast and icecast included, best thing i ever had, this is the reason i got a stereo A2DP receiver for the home theater and a
12v one for the car:

Android Online Radio | Radio made it easy for Android!

After toying with it for a week it makes Pandora and Slacker look like poor cousins.

Best of all it is free in the marketplace!
