Revert to stock/LOCKED with JB bootloader question

I have been running JellyBean for weeks and I was wondering how to get back to 100% stock form including a LOCKED bootloader. I wanna sell my phone and I coulnd find any info on the JB bootloader and reverting back to stock. Anyone have a guide? Is reverting back to stock the same with JB Bootloader as WITHOUT it? thx guys.

you should be able to just flash the stock images with odin... in downloading mode... and it'll return everything to completely stock.. and wipe everything

But isn't ICS stock for the nexus, not jelly bean right?

Yes but the bootloader itself doesn't matter. They won't notice that, and functionally nothing changes with the different bootloaders we currently have access to.

You can revert the bootloader too though if you want.
