Retrieve mp3s from Droid

I have an issue that might be unique. I have a Verizon Motorola Droid 4 onto which I managed to upload some mp3s from my computer to serve as ringtones. Trouble is, I somehow accidentally removed these files from my computer after transferring them to the Droid.

Is there a way for me to retrieve these files from my phone and return them to my computer?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you. I was trying to retrieve the files with Bluetooth, but connecting directly of course worked much better.
